Committees

Finance Committee

This is a committee of Board Members that oversees the finances of the PPCA.

Fixed Hardware Committee

The fixed hardware committee is open to community members. It coordinates rebolting efforts, trains rebolters, and manges the PPCA rebolting tools.

Marketing-Fundraising Committee

The Marketing-Fundraising Committee is open to community members. They oversee a consistent and active communication strategy of program messaging, awareness and branding, and planning and raising funds to effectively serve the PPCA. 

Shelf Road Committee

This committee is made up of community members advocating for climbers of Shelf Road. 

Governance Committee

This Board Member committee advises the Board about organizational structure, strategic planning, bylaws, policies, contracts, and other legal / governance issues.

South Platte Committee

This committee is made up of community members advocating for climbers in the South Platte region. 

Colorado Springs City Committee

This committee is made up of community members advocating for climbers in the City of Colorado Springs region. 

Policy & Proceedure Committee

This is a Board Member committee to ensure that the PPCA establishes and follows proper policy and proceedures.
